To apply please print out the application. To print it, you will need to right click on the image and save it to your computer. Then go into where you saved it and print. There are several ways to get it back to us. You can email it to amberpropertiesllc86@gmail.com or the email that is listed on the application. You can also fax it, which goes directly to the owner or you can call the numbers listed to set up a time to drop it off. Please remember to send or bring your state ID, proof of income and a major bill with your current address on it.

 

* Please note: city of Milwaukee requires one application per adult, so we will need an application, state ID, proof of income, and major bill with current address on it and $25 application fee per adult. Thank you very much for your understanding.
